Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Business Systems Analyst will monitor financial reporting support queues, contribute to project deliverables, and apply AI knowledge to enhance financial reporting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Financial Reporting and Analytics support queue, ensuring timely user support and system stability
• Gather and document requirements for Workday Financials and Power BI reporting, supporting system enhancements and new development
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for actionable financial insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and four years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Proven expertise in business analysis and functional solution design
• Experience with SQL or other query languages for data extraction and analysis
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials reporting and related systems
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with systems analysis methods
