Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with business partners to establish solutions, the full-time Associate Principal Business Systems Analyst will serve as a primary contact for system inquiries while working in a hybrid or remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and develop solutions
• Partner with IT teams to define system goals and create business and technical requirements
• Lead the creation of business processes and mentor team members on project activities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and understanding of IT capabilities
• Familiarity with various technical architectures and platforms
• Experience in leading system and user acceptance testing efforts
• Ability to mentor and guide project team members
• Specialization in business process analysis, data analysis, or functional analysis preferred
