Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the implementation of a new UC platform, the part-time Business Systems Analyst will develop documentation, facilitate design sessions, and ensure requirements are met while working remotely for 20 hours per week on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a Statement of Work for a System Integrator to implement a new UC platform
• Participate in business requirements gathering sessions and analyze business requirements to create detailed systems requirements documentation
• Facilitate design sessions and provide assistance to business analysts, testers, and developers in creating documentation and test cases

Required Qualifications

• Experience with telephony infrastructure
• Experience with technical architecture diagrams
• Ability to track deliverables and conduct requirements walkthroughs with technical teams
• Proficiency in creating detailed systems requirements documentation and process flows
• Experience in managing change control requirements documentation
