Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on the Workday Student ecosystem, the full-time Business Systems Analyst I will analyze and execute configurations to support the Enrollment and Engagement team, while performing support ticket resolution and continuous improvement efforts in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with the collection, analysis, testing, and documentation of data to support student business operations
• Configure Workday to ensure success for all stakeholder units
• Resolve or escalate support tickets as necessary

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in customer service, business systems analysis, or related work
• Ability to write requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience with troubleshooting user issues and developing innovative solutions
• Familiarity with database architecture
