Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance organizational efficiency, the full-time salaried Business Systems Analyst will analyze business requirements, design and implement software systems, and provide end-user support in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement by understanding organizational strategy and translating them into technical requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design data models, dashboards, and system architecture while overseeing system testing and user training
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and provide ongoing technical support to end-users, ensuring system functionality and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting proprietary and commercial software systems
• Experience managing technology vendor relationships and project managing new technology implementations
• Familiarity with Salesforce, databases, Office 365 systems, and reporting tools
• Previous success in leading software selection initiatives and maintaining system documentation
