Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the onboarding of applications and expanding observability capabilities, the temporary full-time Business Systems Analyst VI will coordinate complex projects, align stakeholders, and ensure adherence to enterprise observability standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding of applications into Dynatrace, ensuring alignment with observability standards and success criteria
• Organize and oversee the onboarding backlog and roadmap for observability expansion, facilitating Agile ceremonies and tracking milestones
• Act as a liaison between application teams and stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business value and providing regular updates on project progress

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, systems integration, or technology delivery
• Proven experience in coordinating complex projects and working in Agile environments
• Experience with observability, monitoring, or APM tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and operational risk in banking technology environments
