Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Enterprise Capacity Management Program, the temporary full-time Business Systems Analyst IV will facilitate complex projects, prepare functional specifications, and lead testing activities while working remotely from Buffalo, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate project meetings and gather requirements from business clients to ensure applications meet user needs
• Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and manage execution of test cases for assigned projects
• Analyze capacity data and produce consolidated reports for leadership, tracking trends and risks to support decision-making

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of operational/business analytics experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Capacity Reporting
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business preferred
