Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Delivering strategic insights through complex analysis and reporting, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will determine business requirements, implement specifications, and provide system support while ensuring compliance and effectiveness across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, compile, and interpret data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicating analysis output
• Determine system requirements and document specifications, reports, and project plans while identifying and resolving process issues
• Produce advanced reporting based on data analysis and user input, identifying patterns and areas for process enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience working in commercial banking or foreign exchange preferred
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools for tracking requirements and testing progress
• Experience in development within an Enterprise Java environment is a plus
• Exposure to Scaled Agile or Enterprise Agile environments is beneficial
