Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting mission-critical projects, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will assist in reviewing and modifying business requirements, testing solutions, and implementing changes to enhance company databases and system applications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing complex business problems and developing automated solutions
• Support development staff by addressing functionality questions and resolving issues
• Create process engineering assessments to ensure the appropriate design of solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel technology industry
• At least 1 year of proven experience in development analysis
• Proficiency in application programming and databases, with knowledge of Sabre GDS language
• Familiarity with project management skills, preferably AGILE
