Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Business Systems Analyst will define systems scope and objectives, perform business analysis, and troubleshoot existing systems while collaborating with users to document requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize research and analysis to define systems scopes and objectives for developing or improving information systems
• Perform business analysis and workflow optimization, collaborating with users to document their needs
• Remain current with business requirements and industry trends to understand the implications for existing technology

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from a technical school
• 2 years of relevant experience in the field
• Experience in formulating and defining systems scopes and objectives
• Familiarity with the systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design
• Background in healthcare, sciences, or information systems preferred
