Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support new and existing system initiatives, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will act as a liaison between business users and the IT team, manage project scopes, and develop business requirements and test plans.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate development efforts to meet business requirements and manage system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Define project scopes in collaboration with business leaders and produce business requirements documents
• Manage system conversion activities, ensuring projects are delivered to end-user satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT and/or systems experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Ability to leverage SQL and basic programming knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms such as UiPath or Blue Prism
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications
