Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Business Systems Analyst will formulate and define systems scope and objectives, conduct business analysis, and collaborate with users to document requirements while addressing existing system issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilize research and analysis to define systems scopes and objectives for developing or improving information systems
• Perform business analysis and workflow optimization, working with users to document their needs
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues with existing systems and stay current with industry trends

Required qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent technical school education
• 2 years of relevant experience in the field
• Experience formulating and defining systems scopes and objectives
• Familiarity with the systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design
• Background in healthcare, sciences, or information systems is preferred
