Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Systems Analyst - AI Automation will translate complex business workflows into structured, implementation-ready requirements for AI automation, enhancing delivery predictability and operational outcomes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document AI automation requirements, reducing ambiguity and downstream rework
• Define clear functional and technical requirements for AI-enabled workflows, ensuring governance and traceability
• Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning to maintain requirement clarity for AI automation initiatives

Required qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Techno-Functional Analyst
• Experience with AI automation, enterprise workflows, system integrations, and APIs
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, REST APIs, and workflow orchestration patterns
• Ability to document requirements for automation and collaborate with technical teams effectively
