Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support an enterprise digital banking modernization project, the contracted-to-full-time Business Systems Analyst will review functional and technical requirements, conduct operational impact assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition for credit union staff and members in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate functional and technical requirements against business objectives
• Conduct comprehensive operational impact assessments to identify gaps between legacy and future-state workflows
• Drive readiness planning for branches and operations teams, including drafting internal policy updates

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in software development projects
• Strong analytical skills with experience mapping complex operational workflows and business rules
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing business validation testing
• Strong communication and documentation skills
