Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Driving continuous improvement initiatives, the full-time salaried Business Systems Analyst will manage system enhancement projects related to order management and CRM while collaborating with IT and operational leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying performance gaps and developing prioritized recommendations for system enhancements
• Manage the full project lifecycle for system enhancements, including requirements gathering, testing coordination, and deployment
• Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and quantify the business impact of system issues, supporting leadership decisions on technology investments

Required qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in business systems analysis or related fields, with a focus on system improvement initiatives
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or Manhattan WMS as a business user
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or comparable reporting tools
• Understanding of EDI order processing and experience with transaction failures and issue resolution
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field preferred
