Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Category Management organization, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will analyze business processes, optimize systems, and deliver actionable insights to enhance sourcing strategies and supplier management while collaborating with various teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Category Managers to analyze workflows and design process improvements for efficiency and compliance
• Act as the primary liaison for category management systems, collaborating with IT for enhancements and supporting procurement applications
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into category performance and spend trends, ensuring data integrity across systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or related field
• Three to seven years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role
• Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, supply chain, category management, or finance functions
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and reporting tools, along with experience in SQL and data analysis techniques
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
