Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance the systems serving the Injury Reporter customer base, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will analyze business requirements, translate them into specifications, and liaise between product management and software development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product management team to elicit and translate business requirements
• Perform quality control to ensure products meet business specifications and communicate testing progress to stakeholders
• Conduct data analysis and research to support problem resolution and regulatory compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and/or Development preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, or equivalent required
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries is a plus
• Experience/knowledge of exploratory data analysis techniques
