Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with business units, the fully remote Business Systems Analyst will gather and document functional and technical requirements for system enhancements while leading user acceptance testing and providing day-to-day system support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and new implementations
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system changes meet business requirements
• Monitor system performance and recommend solutions for operational efficiency and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of business systems analysis or related experience in financial services or mortgage lending
• Strong understanding of mortgage technology platforms, including LOS and CRM systems
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements impacting mortgage systems
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis is a plus
