Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a client in the Medical Device industry, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will manage CRM system design, validation, training, and change management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of CRM systems, ensuring effective validation and training processes
• Manage stakeholder issues and requests through an IT ticketing system
• Drive continuous improvement of CRM, ecommerce, and portal systems in a regulated environment

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field
• Experience with CRM system design and administration, preferably Salesforce
• Familiarity with experience platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Proven skills in change management and training within IT systems
• Experience with IT ticketing systems for effective stakeholder management
