Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Bridging business needs with technical solutions, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will gather and document requirements, facilitate stakeholder communication, and support system improvements within Quench's application ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation and prioritization of complex business and technical requirements for improvements and transformational initiatives
• Collaborate on systems design and architecture, including user interface design and data modeling
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, contributing to operational initiatives and ensuring data integrity across financial systems

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Business Systems Analyst experience
• 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant experience
• Solid technical knowledge of application systems, including Salesforce, Zuora, and Certinia
• Understanding of key finance and accounting business processes
• Experience in systems architecture and writing technical specifications
