Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will analyze systems and processes, gather requirements, and design solutions to enhance performance outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements by working with management and end-users to understand business challenges and system needs
• Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
• Design new or updated systems and applications to meet specific business needs and translate requirements into technical specifications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in SQL preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders
• Valid U.S. work authorization without the need for employer sponsorship
• Willingness to travel minimally for team on-sites and meetings within the first 6 months of employment
