Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will analyze business processes, recommend improvements, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis of business areas to define workflows and identify needs for current or proposed solutions
• Review and analyze information, processes, and procedures to recommend improvements that increase efficiency or productivity
• Generate functional requirements and gain stakeholder approval to ensure alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, process improvement, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
• Experience with relational database SQL language
• Familiarity with financial transactions, PO systems, and journal entries
• US Citizenship is required
