Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with business users and technology teams, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will define and document requirements, support system enhancements, and contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Quickly learn new systems and business processes to support analysis and issue resolution
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements, user scenarios, and acceptance criteria
• Create and maintain project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
• 2+ years of experience with automated testing platforms or tools
• Experience creating requirements and test documentation in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Hands-on experience supporting manual and/or automated testing activities
• Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet and located in the U.S. or Puerto Rico
