Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Business Systems team, the remote Business Systems Analyst will manage the Jira intake process for system enhancements and support tickets, translate user feedback into technical user stories, and perform Salesforce administration to implement approved requests.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Jira intake queue, evaluating and routing requests efficiently
• Translate user feedback into detailed technical Jira user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Execute Salesforce administration tasks to implement ticket requests and troubleshoot integrations with third-party tools

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
• 2+ years of experience managing Jira service desks or similar ticketing workflows
• Experience with Salesforce and third-party integrations like Five9 and DocuSign
• Proven ability to categorize and prioritize technical requests effectively
