Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst I will translate operational needs into scalable system solutions, managing requirements, configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the enterprise application portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to document requirements, create process maps, and recommend improvements for business workflows
• Configure application features and execute testing scenarios to ensure functionality aligns with business intent and compliance standards
• Investigate incidents and develop reports that support timely decision-making, while maintaining clear documentation and supporting end-user training

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 0 to 2 years of experience in business systems analysis, application support, or related roles
• Working knowledge of enterprise applications, data flows, and SQL or comparable querying tools
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, change management, and testing practices is beneficial
• Practical AI fluency for analysis and documentation with strong validation habits
