Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the operations and continuous improvement of Zoom's connected planning ecosystem, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will manage user issues, facilitate stakeholder communication, and conduct root cause analysis while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the connected planning platform, including user issue triage and access provisioning
• Act as a liaison for Go-To-Market support, managing planning requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Coordinate program management activities for platform enhancements, including tracking tickets and communicating with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, operations, or enterprise systems support role
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with an enterprise planning or EPM platform, preferably Anaplan
• Adaptability to support various planning domains as business needs shift
• Familiarity with connected systems such as Salesforce, Workday, or Snowflake is a bonus
