Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Systems Analyst III will deliver strategic insights into business systems through complex analysis, reporting, and operational activities, focusing on the Hyland OnBase software.

Key responsibilities

• Source, compile, and interpret data to analyze for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicating analysis output
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements while ensuring compliance through testing and analysis
• Provide expert technical support for systems, responding to escalated inquiries and continuously improving the end-user experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience in the same fields
• Unexpired Hyland OnBase certifications such as OnBase Administrator Professional or Expert
• 5+ years of experience with the administration and use of an enterprise Hyland OnBase deployment
• Experience with enterprise integrations involving Salesforce and middleware API layers
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SQL Server, and software development life cycle processes
