Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support and enhance enterprise business systems, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will focus on optimizing QAD ERP solutions, partnering with business stakeholders, and driving continuous process improvements across multiple manufacturing locations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business users and leadership to identify operational process improvements
• Support and optimize enterprise business applications, particularly QAD ERP
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and IT, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst or related ERP experience
• Strong hands-on experience supporting and configuring QAD ERP
• Experience with multi-site ERP implementations or enterprise business applications
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and documentation
