Job Summary

To enhance overall performance and efficiency, the full-time Business Systems Analyst 3 will analyze operations, develop technology strategies, and provide training while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes application issues, creating and maintaining detailed support documentation
• Develops management control systems and conducts data collection to measure improvements
• Facilitates project planning and implementation, providing training and support to users of assigned systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in user training and developing documentation
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data analysis software
• Understanding of project management tools and methods
• Experience with admissions or related higher education preferred
