Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Systems Configuration Analyst will analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and support healthcare platform software configuration while leveraging technical knowledge and business requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Review change requests to ensure compatibility with existing systems and troubleshoot configuration issues
- Analyze business requirements, perform system configuration analysis, and implement solutions within established SLAs
- Develop prototype configurations and provide status updates while documenting requests in a change management system
Required qualifications
- Five years of experience in business systems, business analysis, or information systems in a healthcare setting, or seven years of experience in healthcare or business analysis
- One year of technical experience with a healthcare platform as a configuration, business, or project analyst
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of relational database concepts and ability to create and modify SQL scripts
- Willingness to work outside core business hours to meet business needs
