Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Leading Agile project delivery, the contract Business Systems Analyst will facilitate requirements discovery, translate business needs into user stories, and support planning and execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs to ensure seamless project execution
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex business needs into high-quality Agile artifacts
- Assist during critical incidents and identify innovative opportunities to enhance operational excellence
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner/Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar role
- Strong ability to create Agile artifacts including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Proven skills as a Scrum Master, including facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams
- Technical fluency in SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, APIs, and monitoring tools
- Practical knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience with Agile lifecycle tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
