Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the modernization of systems and processes, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will analyze business needs, manage project activities using Agile practices, and build partnerships with stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes by gathering requirements and developing recommendations for continuous improvement
• Support modernization and technical projects by managing the backlog and facilitating project activities
• Plan and execute testing by creating test plans and ensuring that business and technical requirements are met

Required qualifications

• Experience in business analysis techniques and process improvement
• Familiarity with project management and Agile methodologies, including tools like Jira or Workfront
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions
• Effective communication skills for building relationships with various stakeholders
• Adaptability to work independently in a changing environment, with a curiosity for business systems and processes
