Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with customer areas, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will facilitate business analysis, gather requirements, and support the implementation of business systems and processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate business analysis and requirements gathering by assessing current processes and developing recommendations for improvements
• Lead testing, implementation, and change management activities, including developing test strategies and communication plans
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive decision-making and manage vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of business systems operations and workflow analysis
• Experience with business systems implementation and project management processes
• Proficiency in Agile principles and processes
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a focus on continuous improvement
