Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting and administering transfer agent system functions, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will document client requirements, troubleshoot issues, and run periodic reporting jobs while serving as a liaison between technical and operational teams.
Key responsibilities
- Document client requirements and maintain the shareholder recordkeeping system
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues while running periodic batch and reporting jobs
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external customers regarding services and system functions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
- 0-3 years of mutual fund industry experience
- Knowledge of shareholder recordkeeping systems and reporting processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
