Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in California, the full-time salaried Business Systems Analyst I will engage with various business units to translate needs into software solutions, assist in design and implementation following Agile practices, and provide operational support for enterprise-wide software.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle by analyzing and documenting business unit needs and implementing technical processes
- Collaborate with product owners to create and manage the product backlog and participate in Agile scrum events
- Provide Tier 2 application support, resolving internal tickets and collaborating with third-party service providers to address software issues
Required qualifications
- Minimum two-year degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration, or 2 years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Four or more years of experience in financial or health services with a focus on technical business analysis and process improvement
- Experience working in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps) is strongly desired
- Knowledge of financial industry concepts and existing Credit Union products and services
- Agile certifications are preferred
