Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support the implementation and enhancement of health insurance products, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, coordinate testing efforts, and translate business needs into technical solutions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for new health insurance products and enhancements
- Coordinate and execute testing activities, including test planning and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with technical teams to support product configuration and system integrations
Required qualifications
- Experience in gathering and documenting business and system requirements for technical solutions
- Strong understanding of health insurance products and product implementation lifecycles
- Experience in supporting software development and system implementations
- Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON and XML
- Able to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the United States or Puerto Rico
