Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Airtable, the successful candidate will manage vendor-funded marketing processes, design and implement solutions for operational efficiency, and ensure data integrity and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams to document requirements and recommend technology improvements
- Design, build, and maintain Airtable bases, automations, and dashboards to optimize workflows
- Establish data standards and develop reports that provide actionable business insights
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced expertise in Airtable, including Interfaces, Automations, and API integrations
- Solid understanding of relational databases and experience with data modeling concepts
- Experience in writing code and implementing scripting software integrations in Airtable
- Familiarity with project management protocols and change management initiatives
