Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance user experience and system functionality, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement effective solutions for group claims insurance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Create documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including meeting notes and requirements analysis
- Assist with the creation of test plans and perform testing to ensure business, technical, and functional requirements are met
- Build understanding of business processes and workflows to optimize operations and ensure compliance
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar roles
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and business analysis techniques
- Ability to organize and deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner
- Experience with SQL and API integration is preferred
- Access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
