Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a W2 contract basis, the Business Systems Analyst will focus on PBM domain expertise and claims processing, managing drug coverage configuration and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct business requirements elicitation, analysis, and translation for PBM-related projects
- Collaborate with business, clinical, development, and testing teams to ensure effective process workflows and documentation
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and simplify requirements for product feature documentation and presentations
Required qualifications
- Experience in PBM domain expertise and claims processing
- Familiarity with FDB drug nomenclature, formulary design, and preferred drug list configuration
- Knowledge of NCPDP D.0 standards and ProDUR business rules
- Background in clinical or pharmacist roles
- Proficiency in creating wireframes and Visio documentation
