Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support functional testing and system evaluations, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will conduct requirements gathering, troubleshoot issues, and manage test cases using qTest in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct business process analysis and system evaluations to translate business needs into technology solutions
- Perform functional testing and manage test cases/results utilizing qTest
- Analyze and resolve application and system issues, recommending improvements as necessary
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a closely related role
- Hands-on experience with functional testing and qTest for test case execution and defect tracking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and troubleshooting
