Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support operational efficiency in benefit document production, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will focus on quality assurance, data validation, and process improvement while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance testing and validation to ensure accuracy and compliance of benefit plan data and documents
• Support the administration and enhancement of the Simplify Benefits1 platform, including gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements, develop validation tools, and support reporting needs

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, quality assurance, or data analysis
• Experience with system testing, data validation, or quality assurance preferred
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience supporting business applications and operational processes in a regulated industry preferred
