Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Systems Analyst will create project documentation, assist with requirement gathering and implementation, and support testing efforts to ensure business and technical needs are met.

Key responsibilities

• Create documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including meeting notes and requirement analysis
• Build understanding of departmental processes and compliance while providing administrative and production support
• Assist in developing test plans and scripts, performing testing to ensure requirements are met

Required qualifications

• Understanding of business and technical processes, with familiarity in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to business analysis and project management techniques, processes, and tools
• Ability to organize and deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner
• Detail-oriented with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico and have access to high-speed internet
