Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise application modernization initiatives, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will facilitate requirements sessions, develop detailed workflows and user stories, and maintain traceability between requirements and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements sessions with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Develop epics, features, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria
- Create detailed workflows, process diagrams, and current-future state diagrams
Required qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Demonstrated experience supporting software or enterprise application development
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and functional system behavior
