Job Summary
To enhance CRM systems and drive continuous improvement, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will work remotely, focusing on CRM system design, validation, training, and change management, with a preference for Salesforce administrator experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage CRM system design, validation, and training processes
- Oversee change management initiatives related to CRM and e-commerce platforms
- Utilize IT ticketing systems for stakeholder management of system issues and requests
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field
- Proven experience with CRM system design and management, preferably Salesforce
- Familiarity with experience platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Experience in change management within regulated environments
- Background in continuous improvement of CRM and portal systems
