Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support quality assurance efforts, the full-time temporary Business Systems Analyst will perform manual functional, regression, and UAT testing of enterprise applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create, execute, maintain, and document test cases and results using qTest
- Utilize JIRA for defect tracking, issue management, and prioritization throughout the testing process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to analyze business requirements and troubleshoot application issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, QA Analyst, or in a related role
- Strong experience with application testing, including manual, functional, regression, and UAT testing
- Proficiency in using JIRA for defect tracking and qTest for test case management
- Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies
