Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Business Systems Analyst will advocate for business clients throughout the solution development lifecycle, focusing on requirements gathering, testing, and implementation while utilizing Agile methodologies, JIRA, and qTEST.
Key responsibilities
- Perform intermediate-level analysis to identify core business issues and map out potential solutions
- Develop detailed requirements and business cases for proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to monitor progress, resolve conflicts, and ensure successful implementation of solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, QA Analyst, or in a related role
- Strong experience with JIRA for defect tracking and project management
- Hands-on experience with qTEST or similar test management platforms
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies
