Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and solutions-driven, the full-time Technical Business Analyst in People Tech will optimize People Technology systems and HR processes remotely, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance Workday and related HCM systems while driving operational efficiency and system improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product vision for HCM functions, including Total Rewards and Talent Management
- Conduct requirements walkthroughs and document key use cases and functional requirements to support the People Tech roadmap
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for initial implementations and Workday upgrades, ensuring alignment with business requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes, controls, and compliance considerations
- Experience supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting modules
- Experience utilizing data management concepts to maintain data integrity across integrated systems
