Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT), the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst / UAT Lead will independently manage business analysis for initiatives, facilitate requirements workshops, and ensure high-quality software solutions by coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking testing progress.
Key responsibilities
- Own the planning, coordination, and execution of UAT across assigned releases and projects
- Independently lead business analysis for small to moderate initiatives from requirements discovery through implementation
- Facilitate requirements workshops and communicate testing progress, defects, and approvals with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar technology delivery role
- Demonstrated experience in leading requirements discovery and analysis for technology initiatives
- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing as part of the software development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
