Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Systems Analyst will create project documentation, assist with requirement gathering and implementation, and support testing efforts to ensure business and technical needs are met.

Key responsibilities

• Create documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including meeting notes and business requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Assist with the creation of test plans and perform testing to ensure requirements are met

Required qualifications

• Understanding of business and technical processes, including familiarity with Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks
• Experience in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements
• Experience creating user stories that support modern interface development
• Exposure to business analysis and project management techniques
• Able to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the United States or Puerto Rico
