Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support technology-enabled improvements, the contract Business Systems Analyst will evaluate business processes, analyze operational requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and operational data to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and performance
- Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements in partnership with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and support the design and implementation of business solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst
- Strong experience with business requirements gathering, analysis, and systems analysis
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test planning
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Jira is a plus
